“I recently contracted Atlantic Landscape Solutions to design and install my front yard landscaping and to also replace an existing patio in the backyard. Peter, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work worth! What set him apart from other contractors was his responsiveness, professionalism, craftsmanship and most importantly his honesty. At the outset of the project, I had requested a retaining wall to built in my front yard. While not required, Peter had the opportunity to perform this work but suggested that it wasn't required and that my money could be spent more wisely. “His worker did an excellent job but I sent a text to the owner on Friday may 3, 2024 informing him that we were going to purchase a lawnmower and cut the grass ourselves and to my surprise on today Tuesday may 7th he sent someone to cut our grass anyways and charged me double because the grass was high. It should not have mattered how high our grass was when I informed you 4 days prior that we would not be using your services. Either way I paid him but should not of had to as he was previously informed not to cut my grass

So as a response as a owner of a business your telling me and any future customers that even when someone tells you ahead of time not to cut their grass your going to cut it anyway regardless of what they tell you. That's surely not good business. But as a respectful person I paid you anyway for one grass cutting in which I asked you NOT to cut it and i paid you 120.00. It definitely was worth the 60.00 per cut but not
$120.00.“
