I came to Introcaso almost 30 years ago, when 2 other cleaners were unable to get my favorite sweater cleaned to my satisfaction. Introcaso returned the sweater to a "new" condition and has had my business since. I now live 25 miles south of Avenel and I travel up to the area to frequent this business. Kudos to Russ and the rest of the staff. Today I picked up a sweater of a gal that I had dumped a glass of red wine onto. It was immaculate and looked good as new!!!

I went there after many people recommended them. I had a formal gown for my daughter that needed cleaning desperately. It was stained badly, had to be spot cleaned only and I had little hope this would come clean. Russell was kind and welcoming as I explained how important it was that this dress look beautiful for an important photo shoot my daughter was doing for the Emmanuel Cancer Foundation. When I picked up the dress I couldn’t believe it. He managed to get that dress perfectly clean to where it looked brand new. I am so thankful for the hard work that I know had to have gone into it. Thank you Russell you really made my night!! My daughter is going to look beautiful.

I am a client since 1995. Good service never had an issue. When you are busy they deliver your clothes.
