I had an issue with a leak around my Chimney. Bill came out almost immediately to assess the situation. Knowing that my roof was old and that I was planning on replacing it, but timing was not right to replace the entire roof immediately, Bill offered a temporary solution as well a quote to replace my entire roof.
We opted for a temporary fix, which stopped water from coming in and corrected the flashing around the chimney. Bill and his staff are very easy to work with, professional and prompt. They did an excellent job replacing our roof, siding, windows, gutters, while making necessary repairs. The work was done well and quickly and everyone was friendly and kept us informed throughout the process.
Our neighborhood had a very bad storm of high winds and hail. A number of us and the Somerdale First Presbyterin Church had new roof installed by Wm Brooks. After the storm Wm Brooks was asked to check out our roof for damage. Brooks immediately sent a supervisor. Fortunately no damage. Quality work and a responsive contractor. Nice!
