This place is a very close to my house and always has the most friendly people working there. Let's be honest, being female isn't always a positive thing when it comes to getting work done on your car. Anyway, every time I have gone here I am thoroughly impressed. They are such kind, hard working, honest people. Every person is always willling to help. My fiance and I have been there about 5 times now with various issues, from flat tires, to alternator problems, to engine noise. Each time the issue was taken care of within an hour or two (believe it or not). They give you options if it is something that is a more complex issue too. Recently my power steering pump failed on my truck. I was along way from home and was unable to perform the work myself like I usually do. I called around the area I was stuck in and could not get any commitments as to when I could have my pump replaced, until I called Metro. They had me in the next morning (keep in mind I was calling around 2pm) got my pump replaced in great time. I brought them the part and fluids and was very pleased with their work. I always do my own work but sometimes that's not an option. Long story short they took care of my truck right away and charged me a reasonable rate.
