After the major rain we had in January, our basement flooded for the first time. We had so many things ruined and it really traumatized us. We knew we had to do something so this wouldnt happen again. Dry At Last has made my stress so much lower. We have had rain since they installed the waterproofing and have had no issues. Best part is… the work is guaranteed! Any issues just call Steve and Sunshine Sue! Everyone here has been amazing to work with and I cant thank Steve and his crew enough. In today’s torrential rain , we would have hours and days of cleaning up water and today we are “Dry At Last” Marcus came out and explained the process and would not take payment until it was done to his approval. This company is wonderful. We were provided the owners cell phone number but never needed to call. We are very excited to recreate a beautiful living space now that we have no fear of a wet basement again.

I had the Dry At Last team install a new french drain (March '24) and couldn't be happier. From start to finish it was a great experience. During our initial meeting with Marcus he did a fantastic job explaining the process and answering our questions. I got quotes from 6 companies and felt the most comfortable with Marcus. Pricing wasn't the cheapest but i felt it was worth the additional money to go with them. The installation went smooth and efficient. Entire project took 2 days.1 day for prep work preparing the basement. Next day they removed old drain and installed a new one in 7 hours.
