The receptionist( I'm sad that I didn't get her name to properly give her kudos) called me back within 30 minutes with a better appointment. This left a lastng impression. I value customer service! On the day of my appointment, everyone I encountered was friendly and inviting. Refreshments were offered to both myself and my daughter. Lori was extremely professional, efficient and thorough. “Just stopped in for a quick back massage, the place is very pretty, clean and calming but when I went to put my tip on the bill I accidentally put down $2 rather then the 20% I intended and the girl made a smirking noise about the $2, I did change it when I realized tip was too low but that turned me off a little. Jenn was good no complaints there but then I went to their site on Google & saw tons of pics of their girls in scantly clad outfits with sensual poses and that put me off more as I don't want to patronize that type of business.“
