I had an appointment for a wax scheduled and it was canceled the morning of because the a/c would be "subpar." I understand if it was a sudden issue but it sounded like it wasn't. Very disappointed because I am going out of town and a last minute cancellation gives me little to no time to get another appointment somewhere else.
