Our experience with Al's Water Pump Service was great. Jim, who did the work for us, is very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything thoroughly...we highly recommend them!!!
Highly recommend Al's water pump service.Woke up this morning with absolutely no water pressure. Called at 8am he was here in minutes, figured out the issue, had the part on his truck and got us back up and running at a fair price.
This is our 3rd time using Al's Water Pump Service. We were under contract to close on a house. The well testing was delayed and when we got the report back, it failed to pass the latest EPA / NJ regulations. We were 6 days from closing. I called Al's to see when we could schedule. Bart to the rescue. He called to say he could fit us in that day! Called me when it was done & went a step beyond by calling the testing company for a re-test & scheduled it for me.Now thats customer service!
