We contracted with ARP to repair our roof. They were professional, courteous and responsive to all our questions. The roofers were on time as scheduled and worked on completing the roof within one day. We are satisfied with the quality and workmanship as well as the materials used. The roofers took care to protect the property when removing the roof and cleaned up the property when installation was complete. From the start, ARP helped us get new siding on our home after a hail storm. They helped through insurance battles and to the final product. The siding looks incredible and I’m pretty darn picky. The workers were kind and polite and they cleaned everything up! They replaced some bad wood and I feel super confident in the work and it will last for many many years! Many thank yous to Kathy in main office and to Chalie for always responding. You guys rock!
I contracted with ARP on a hail damage claim for 2 buildings The sales rep they sent over was professional and a pleasure to speak with . The scheduling dept kept me in the loop with all the rain we’ve been having to get my start date…The crew was pleasant and on time both days. They clean the site as we moved along which I like..Ill say this. They did what they said no games. Im a happy customer.
