He came out for an estimate and was, by far, the most thorough. He was the only contractor who checked inside the attic for the estimate. He suggested best practices, and helped me choose the right shingle design to complement my home. I quickly realized he was detail oriented and took immense pride in his work which I admire. He was not the most expensive nor the least expensive and I believe his fees are more than fair based on the work performed. John was onsite with his crew each day, and they were all so pleasant and efficient, taking care to clean up after they wrapped up each day. John fabricated custom copper flashing for the chimney himself and sent regular photo updated from the roof to communicate effectively.
