However, other customers report irregular pickup times, a reduction in recycling frequency without a cost reduction, and recent rate increases perceived as unreasonable. They lowered my recycle pick up days from every week to every other week, and did not reduce the cost to my bill. They also just raised my rate to what I feel is an unreasonable price. To be fair, I am looking into other companies right now and I do not know if the price increase is in line with others. The pick up times are irregular and the cost for bulk pick up seems pricey. On a good note, their pails are large and hold a lot. I have had little issue with notifications or pick ups.
