Had other companies over to look at our furnace and they all had dollar signs in their eyes and they all said”this needs to be replaced with a new furnace”. J&K was honest and said replacing one part should be replaced and should resolve this issue but with no promises. It was a gamble and I took it. $950 is a lot cheaper than $10,000 plus. Honesty is missing from these technicians except at J&K.

AC ( gas AC+Heat )went down last week had a local well known company come in first. I was told both the mother board and blower mother were bad. Their comfort consultant followed up the same day and gave me a quote of $9,500 but also said that the entire unit should be replaced at the cost of 15,000 -21,000 dollars. Joe from JK came in for a 2nd quote. It was just a motor he had one in the shop - replaced it! Fraction of the cost. The first quote was from a well known big HVAC group. JK is now my go to HVAC and I will recommend it to my entire group. Thanks, Joe !
