She was very tentative all while making sure to answer the phone in a timely manner to help other customers. There was another stylist in at the time, and they both made me feel like I was with friends while receiving my service. They made the experience fun and comfortable in a timely manner!“

She outlined a whole procedure and products for me, going twice as long as a usual to make sure I got it. It makes sense. Ginger's knowlege and passion for her field, are the reason why I always get such excellent cuts.

“I just wanted to speak on the professionalism at Krista Michele Salon! This was a color correction, and top to bottom, I felt heard and the color was corrected. I was taken in within a reasonable amount of time and Desiree worked her magic!
