Rick was really great to work with. He was on time, explained EVERYTHING and his attention to detail was great. He was quick to reply to anything we asked via email or text/call. Highly recommend working with them!
Rick did a recent inspection for us and I highly recommend him and his services. He used drones, Flir Thermal cameras, and all kinds of technology to properly assess our home and was entirely approachable, professional and courteous throughout. He is reasonably priced and I would refer him to anyone looking to have a home inspection done as part of a home purchase/sale.
Highly recommend! Rick has been amazing throughout this entire process. He left no stone unturned when inspecting our new purchase. One of his emails mentioned they inspect everyone as if they’re family, I can say without a doubt, Rick felt like family. He spent extra time with us giving us advice and has been more than responsive in the days after the inspection. Our inspection was held on a Saturday and the entire report was ready early Monday morning. If you’re shopping around for an inspector, I highly recommend Double Check Home Inspections!
