“I just got finished with my haircut with Bob. Bob is by far the BEST barber i’ve ever met or had talked to. The moment i walked in the door he greeted me exceptionally well, he was super welcoming! He even included me in conversations as well as other people that walked in. We all started talking together and everyone felt cozy and comfortable talking about their experience or thoughts (based on the subject). Bob is very joyful, happy and funny. “I brought my son for his hair cut there twice now. The first time he was half asleep so it was fine but this time he screamed his head off the entire time and was able to still get a clean, even cut. I could not believe it. That required real skill and patience. Whoever we had was amazing!“

My appointment was set for 1:15, but by 1:35 I still hadn’t received any confirmation from Ryan. This lack of communication and respect for customers’ time is unacceptable and makes me question whether I should continue coming here.

Went in this week with my 8-month-old son for the first time, without me saying a word,the owner Ken turned down the music and put cartoons on the TV. Little things like that go a long way.
