Many have had a great experience every time, finding the staff always helpful with pricing and style. However, some customers report significant issues with pricing and communication. Estimates may not account for the full cost, as customers are required to pay for the entire slab's excess material, even if it is unusable, leading to balances significantly higher than the initial estimate. This increase is determined after exact measurements by the installer. Some feel this is a bad business practice and that such costs should be communicated upfront before cutting, leaving them with no option once informed. A friend referred us to this shop. My wife and I were speechless at the vast collections of granite & marble that the shop has. All other places only provided us with small sample piece of the granite or marble but at this shop, you would see the whole slabs with so many to choose from. The quality of the product and the pricing are unbeatable. Kevin provided us with a lot of useful info with no high pressure sale pitches like some other places. Templates and Installation were included. The installation team did a great job from begin to finish. Neat & Clean. Will tell friends & families about this shop. Glad to find it. Save us a lot of money and a chance to help the local business.
Very competitive prices for granite. Nice showroom better than others in the area! Kevin is very patient and willing to work with customers to make them happy. He is diligent in explaining how the countertop is installed along with the various options available. Excellent workmanship and great customer service. Workers did a great job were friendly, thorough and neat!

His workman (Oscar & his team) were tidy and respectful of my home and belongings! I would recommend this company to anyone that wants an excellent job at a good price!!
