We had a big crack in our foundation that was letting water into a bedroom, and could have been a HUGE problem – working with the SJ Hauck team made a very stressful time a LOT easier! I felt like they treated my property the way they would have treated their own, everyone was very helpful, and I never felt like a bother when I had a question. Everything was taken care of quickly and they made everything very easy for me. As far as pricing goes – a big fix like this can't be fixed with pennies, and I feel that I paid a VERY reasonable price for what they came out and did! Just completed the demolition of our home in preparation for new construction - and I couldn't have done it without SJ Hauck. Everyone on their team was outstanding. They answered any question, no matter how silly I thought it was. They worked tirelessly to keep me informed as to any delays beyond their control (like utilities not being able to locate the sewer connection to disconnect it). They cleared the property in a timely fashion and wrapped up quickly. Glad I chose them for my demo.
