We live in Weirs beach and our trash guy is the best, he goes above and beyond! He noticed I brought back my recycling bin that was out earlier because I thought it wasn't the pickup day, and when he came around to get the recycling he remembered it had been out there earlier and so he went and dragged it back out to the curb for me. Then when he was done emptying it he dragged it back to the other side of the house too. Super nice guy!

If you are looking for level service, that shows a disregard for property, noisy trash removal this is your company. My neighbor uses them the person picking up throws the barrels back making sure they don't land upright, they turn their truck around in neighbor's driveways and speed through our neighborhood on a narrow country road throwing caution to the wind. There's always someone new dealing with the trash while the driver stays put. Obviously little training is done in terms of property respect and safe driving. Being the only household serviced on the dead end road they want to get in and out as fast as possible making an accident inevitable.... read full review

Been using Stateline for over a year, they’ve forgotten us at least 5 times but never complained. Two days ago, a Stateline worker showed up to our home and took our barrels without leaving any sort of notice as to why, thank god for ring cameras. After not receiving any call back from the company (their voicemail box was even completely full by the afternoon and for the following day), I emailed their general email hoping for some sort of response. Even though the automatic payment was taken out of my bank account and was confirmed via email 8/1 with an office manager, the new woman I was in contact with claimed they did not receive payment (though bank statements... read full review
