Had an appointment scheduled for 12/22. Explained that I purchased the home off one of their customers at the initial call. Tech showed up, tenant said they could service the units and the tech left and never came back. They never followed up until I called them on 1/3 asking them what the issue was. They proceeded to deny me service because they aren’t taking on new customers YET they booked the initial appointment! So now, I have to book elsewhere and wait another 2 months. Terrible customer service and not a good way to run a business esp when you’re dealing with peoples heat.

They got me an appointment fast. The man that came was great! Required a second appointment. That was Monday. They came back out on Wednesday and fixed it all up. We were happy with the service and interactions on the phone and with the service technician.

New to the area, Lawrence Bros was recommended by several neighbors and with good reason. They are true professionals, show up on time and do quality work at a reasonable price. Recent experience: hot water tank sprang a small leak over this past weekend (of course a weekend). I thought that I could patch it and by Wed morning, the small leak was considerably larger. Called Lawrence Bros Wed morn - approx 9am and by 5 pm that same day, the old tank was replaced with a new one. I was quoted a price prior to the start of the installation and after spending a considerable amount of time solving an unforeseen problem with our heating system, the final bill was the same...read full review
