DO NOT GO TO ACTU!!! BROKE MY COMPUTER!! This place is a joke. The have moved to Westmoreland, NH. The business was bought out and is now owned by Sean L. And his tech. I spoke with Sean on the phone and he stated he had all the parts to fix my computer. He also told me that I could get it fixed all said and done for $50. I showed up at his home (not office) at 10:15 am. He opened my car door and took my computer out and told me that he would be finished with it before I got back from running to the bank. We got back. And knocked on the door. No one came to the door. We knocked a second time and got screamed at by his wife "WE F@#$ING HEARD YOU!!", we were completely shocked. Once they came to the door we walked in and walked through horrible conditions. The house was ceiling high in junk and filth. We sat down next to him with my computer open and he was "re-sinking my processor". Sean told us, "it runs smoothly in safe mode." Well when he put it back together he put "too much torque" on the fan on top of the processor that he stated he was, "unsure if the processor is placed right." Shouldn't he know that?? He is the computer tech! Well when he replugged it in to see if it was in fact, "fixed..." It didn't "post" (show up on the monitor) to the monitor. We were concerned. He frantically contacted his tech and stated we needed to wait there while he ran to pick up his tech that "has no wheels." He instructed his 15year old daughter to entertain us while he was gone. The whole time we had been there they were screaming swearing and fighting. It was insane. When the tech showed up he sat down to look at it and started the whole process over. He stated we needed a new processor because, "the sink had too much nano compound." So the computer that used to turn on now doesn't and it had fried my processor when Sean had put it back together and turned it on. Well the tech... Took out my video card and it sure sounded like something snapped when he took it out. Well he tried a couple more thins and nothing worked. It was broken. Sean offered to split the price of a new processor with me and I said no I think you should replace it since you fried it. Well we left. I called him the next day and when I told him who it was started yelling at me. He said I had stormed out when I had not. I gave him my info to contact me if he came up with anything. Thanked them for trying and left. He also said that if I try to take him to court no judge will believe my story and he would counter sue for $150/hr he was tied up taking care of us. I was shocked and astounded. After saying all of this and screaming at me over the phone he asked if I wanted bring it over and let him look again. I was just shocked.
