The folks at Wilcox were very responsive and helpful overall. Based on what I’d heard from others about what they had paid for tree services with other companies they’d used, I was prepared for the worst. I was a bit taken aback and very pleased with how reasonable the pricing was! They got out here promptly and were done and cleaned up in a little more than an hour. I’ve recommended them to people I know and will definitely seek them out again for future tree needs!

Bought few sheds from the store, high quality made, high class delivery and care, I highly recommend this place, they have beautiful unique hand made furniture. I have been trying to reach them for weeks to confirm a floor refinishing job. I was very impressed with Scott when he did a site visit two months ago, but I haven’t heard from him since then either with an estimate or a confirmed date to do the job. Dan Fissette did an amazing job refinishing our floors. Twenty-one years ago (1984), we used Fissette Floor Sanding to refinish our floors on the 1st level. The floors still look like new today in spite of years of use with 2 kids, their toys, and a dog. When we wanted to refinish our 2nd floor this summer, I looked for Fissette Floor Sanding and found Dan in Westmoreland, NH. Dan is a nephew of the folks who refinished our floors in 1984, but learned the technique from them and holds to the same standards of excellence. Dan was wonderful to work with and very reliable, arriving each day within 5 minutes of estimated time in spite of the 1.5 hour commute. He kept to his scheduled estimates, contained the dust very well, and left the job clean and ready to use. The finished floors look fantastic! They have a rich reddish oak color that matches perfectly to the floors done 21 years earlier. Everyone asks who did it, as it is clearly top quality. It was a pleasure working with Dan, who is a very kind and easy going guy, and a very conscientious worker. I highly recommend him and would use him again if needed.
Fantastic group of men and women. We call out to them and were he in less than two hours. Curtis took the lead and I stepped back and let him do his thing. I own the Newbury store & bakery in Newbury Vt. I had a main heater line freeze and bursted on the second floor of my store, flooded not only the second but flooded every floor right to the basement. Curtis Medford and his team came in and showed us how much they know how to do their job. Best part he worked with us and kept our store up and running.
