Eric in the West Lebanon, NH store was amazing. He was very personable and very knowledgeable. He has the best personality & knowledge to be doing this job. He should get a raise for how he is with customers and their wares!!!!

My phone is my lifeline to appointments, friends and contacts. It blew up!
I didnt know the case swelling was a danger.
My screen went black... it still got phone calls, but I couldnt answer it.
These guys at batteries + saved me!

I first was referred to Batteries Plus by Verizon to get a new battery for my phone. They put in a new screen and worked with me to get a new protection case. Two more visits for battery and key fob issues that they were great on. Very professional and friendly.
