From propane tank delivery and installation to electric installations and repairs, their team is very helpful and provides great work. Their pricing is also competitive, making them a recommended choice. Recent customers appreciated the professionalism of technicians like Dan R, Dennis, Gordon, Madison, Craig, Ricci, Jamie, and Jody, who handled tasks such as furnace replacement, propane boiler installation, and house conversions from fuel oil to propane. The team explained procedures clearly, showed respect for clients’ homes, and left all work done to code.
I've been using Simple Energy for 7 years. It's a great company full of great people. I had to have the legs replaced on my tank. Scott in the office was fantastic to work with and listened to my concerns about the project. When the time came to have the work done, Dan and another Scott, got it done quickly and efficiently. I've always appreciated their service and the quality of their work, this experience solidifies it for me. I don't want to work with anyone else.
Long overdue review! 15+ year review
Over the last 15 years we have used simple energy for heating oil, heating repairs and servicing, heating installation, mini split installation and various electrical work. We have probably used them at least 20 times over the last 15 years. Their employees are always professional, friendly and informative. They clean up after their work and are very careful not to track any dirt through the house in coming and going and cleaning up. Heating oil pricing has always been competitive and we had a very challenging driveway in the winter (600 ft long, winding, up hill) and never had an issue. We had a leak in the pressure tank and we called the emergency service, Thomas Engelhart came as soon as he could, he fixed the problem very efficiently and gave helpfull advice to dry the wet basement. He displayed great work ethics.
