I called Ben and he came the following day. We have a rustic log home and I was concerned about what the outside installation of pipes and outside unit would look like. Ben installed 2 mini-splits inside our log home and placed all the pipes hidden in the corner of 2 closets. There's no visible pipes, wiring inside or outside our rustic log home. Ben and his awesome crew did an OUTSTANDING QUALITY JOB. I want to add they installed our mini-splits in 4 hours on a Sunday afternoon. Our electrician came the following week and Ben came on that same day to test the units and show us how to run the units. Thank you, Nichols Heating and Cooling LLC for a great experience.
