“We had an excellent experience. We were working on remodeling a bathroom and found major problems with not only the subfloor but joists and some structural issues with the house. Master crew was amazing very detailed and incredibly hard workers. I will definitely be contacting them again with future projects. Our annoying dogs barked the entire time they were there and they were very nice. Hiring contractors is scary because of some of the stories I read and I consider myself blessed to have found master crew. We need extensive work on this house and they were great about working within our budget and figuring out what issues can’t wait and what can wait for a little while. They came out to work in snowstorms no matter how bad the roads were. They were punctual and worked very hard and not only was the job done in a timely manner but it was done right.“

He came over to perform a late-night emergency furnace repair and stayed to ensure everything was safe. He ended up doing our seasonal air conditioning service, a quick ac vent cleaning, and a fantastic air duct cleaning. He even threw in a high-powered steemer air duct cleaning.“
