Amber is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in every way a customer would desire. We've had what seemed like quite complicated tax returns to prepare in the past few years and feel very confident in her ability to get that task done in an accurate and timely manner. We love Pleasant Lake Accounting. We used to use Turbo Tax and try to do it ourselves but realized we weren't taking enough deductions. We made the switch and are very happy with the service. Amber is awesome and very knowledgeable. We will never do our own taxes again!
