Chris is simply AMAZING! Multiple rollers went off the track of our old garage door over the weekend, so I searched online and found that C&W opens 24h--almost too good to believe! I called and left a message on Saturday evening. Sure enough, Chris called back on Sunday morning, scheduled a service on Monday 8 AM, arrived right on time despite of the snow and road conditions (about 40 min drive) , and fixed the problem within 20 min. When I asked for a quote of a pair of new garage doors, he measured the door size and introduced me to the choices in their booklets. Everything was perfectly done with half an hour. We were impressed with Chris's level of customer service from the estimate phase all the way through to the completion of our project. He replaced both of our very old garage doors and installed a new system. He was highly professional and communicative throughout the process, which helped us find great new doors that matched the aesthetic of the garage and our budget. Thanks to Chris, it looks like we have a whole new garage! We highly recommend him.
