I want to send a HUGE thank you to the team for handling me and my Big Kitty, aka Xavier, with such love and care yesterday 8/12. Even though we didn't make it to his end of life appointment in time yesterday, i wish to extend my gratitude for how gentle the team was in those extremely tough moments after he passed suddenly on the way there, and sending a vet out free of charge to ensure he had in fact passed over to that beautiful rainbow bridge. I thought I was going there for what would be the worst day of my life putting my dog down, they saved her and helped me tremendously. These people are for animals and it shows, truly so much appreciation!
