Fantastic all around! I have a client whose radiant heat basement level flooring had failed (black onyx tubing🙈) and were either going to have to jackhammer the concrete up or put in a whole new system😱. After a quick response, Kyle suggested trying their flush cart even though he couldn’t guarantee it would be successful. We took the chance and it was a complete success!!! Picture shows the caked up water that was in the system. Overall wonderful experience, will be a repeat customer!
We can’t thank Mike N. at E.E Houghton enough for our beautiful new furnace and water heater! After our water pressure tanked, we called Houghton, and they sent someone right away. A couple of days later, we received a quote from Mike. Once we agreed, they installed our new water heater and furnace just five business days later—how amazing is that?!
We are incredibly happy with our new furnace and water heater; the water pressure and temperature are an absolute dream! Mike was wonderful to work with, and the technicians worked hard to ensure everything was perfect. We’ve used Houghton for many things around our house and highly recommend them!
Chris, Mark and Jack from Houghton were excellent at my home yesterday! Chris came by in the morning to work on a shower drain pipe that was leaking. He discovered that there were also electrical concerns near the work area, and he helped coordinate support from Houghton's electrical team as well as a referral for a carpenter, who all came out the same day to make sure I was taken care of.I'm learning how to better care for my great-grandfather's house and EE Houghton is helping make this house feel like a home.
