    Since I’ve started practicing at Pilates, Etc., I’ve noticed improvements in my overall flexibility, strength, and balance. One unexpected benefit is how Pilates has helped my movement on the pickleball court. More than once, my husband has commented, “I can’t believe you got to that ball!” I can’t believe it either! What a difference to have improved agility and quickness. Nola’s classes are a full body workout. Every class is different and fresh. Pilates is now a regular part of my fitness regimen.

    Nola's Pilates program has helped my golf game. I would highly recommend her classes. In my opinion she is very skilled in creating individualized programs tailored to specific needs.

    I attend Pilates two times a week and feel that it has increased my muscle strength and built a strong core. My goal with Pilates is to keep in shape as I age. Flexibility, fascia health and being able to move properly in my 50’s and beyond is extremely important to me. I love going to Pilates at the studio and having someone knowledgeable and experienced guide the class. I not only see a difference physically, I find I am moving better, more aware of posture, breathing and flexibility.Jodi T.
