This was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had! Jonathan Ali was so respectful and incredible! We came in on a Saturday morning and we were helped right away! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a different car!

BEWARE: Your advisor might forget you! I brought my car in early (first 5 in), went thru intake, let them know I’d be waiting for the car. At 11, after the waiting room people changed over twice, I went to check on my car. My advisor looked surprised to see me! He had texted me at 9:15 (almost 2 hours later) but I did not see or hear the text (that’s on me). It took another 15 minutes to find out the status (?). Then I gave them permission to START repairs. I’m pretty sure after the advisor texted me, my car was moved out to the parking lot (cause the mechanics could not have left my car in a repair bay for 4 hours). Repairs... read full review

I had a problem with my vw a few weeks ago. I drove up to nucar and went in to the service dept. I told brandan what was going on with it. He took my car right in with no appointment and fixed it.He didnt even charge me. Now that is what i call Customer Service!!
