“I bring my gal, JoanZ, in for her nail clipping. I carry the cat in wrapped in a blanket aka 'straitjacket' instead of a carrier, as JoanZ hates the carrier and refuses, struggles with me. Well, I don't know what magic they have there BUT JoanZ is a complete little baby in their hands. She is sweet and gentle, allows the clipping and the tech returns the cat to me wrapped in her blanket. All is great! Thanks for your TLC.”
