We had 2 snowblowers stop working in the middle of the last snowstorm. 1 was a drive belt the other one just stopped working. All & Awl repair not only picked them both up and repaired them to perfect working condition. They did it in a week and delivered them back. Their price was super reasonable and service covered a complete overall check to make sure that everything was top working order.
We have had work done at All & Awl for a generation, and Kurt's word is as good as his father's. Never had an issue that they wouldn't know how to fix right the first time. I buy what I need from them whenever possible. As for service, it is complete (including picking up bigger equipment) and fair in price. No monkey business. Also, I can't count the times I have been trained and retrained on how to operate my tools, and he does it with good humor and NEVER makes me feel like the suburbanite that I am...! In fact, I can say that for a business that relies on real not fake expertise, this is more like dealing with a brother or a son than with a stranger. You get exactly the right care in total honor. Your good-working tools are as important to Kurt as they are to you. ps...I don't know why "Tim A" couldn't update his bad review, maybe because his snowblower was garbage to start with and it was too embarrassing for him to admit he's a jerk and remove his torpedo. Some people are just like that.
We moved to New Hampshire 5 years ago and AWL was recommended by a neighbor. The best recommendation ever. Since then I’ve purchased all my equipment from AWL. The owner, Kirk, is a man of integrity, character and honor. I would give him and his store the highest recommendation possible!
