Absolutely loved it here!
I was fortunate enough to book a reiki session with Karen M. and the experience was absolute bliss! I am a huge advocate for meditation and other mindfulness practices but this was my first time exploring reiki.
After getting a clear understanding of my intentions and concerns, she got to work. Immediately, I fell into a deep meditative state, focusing on nothing but my breath, and allowing my mind to clear. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. The massage from Heather was magnificent! So relaxing and I could move much better afterwards. I immediately booked another session.
After several months of post-operative muscle pain and stiffness, I was given relief after visiting DMS Bodyworks.
I was given an evaluation, then massage therapy and 'cupping', which improved movement and lessened pain. I was given some recommendations to decrease pain and improve my movement.
My most sincere thanks to DNS Bodyworks, and most especially Dean and to Heather, for their help in improving my physical well-being.
