The eye doctor was very detailed and took the time to show and explain to me everything about my eye health. Very kind and personable. Best eye doctor experience I have ever had. I was looking for a place to go for my eye care as I am a complex case. I have Scleritis posterior and Anteria, a condition that can lead to blindness. This took my previous provider months to diagnose. I am now under a specialist care for this problem, but I also needed an optometrist. I was fortunate enough to find Stratham Family Eye Care. Sue and Barry were the best and I am very happy and satisfied with my choice. When I mentioned this eye condition to Barry, he knew exactly what it was and we talked more about it. This really put me at ease. Barry was very thorough and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and what he was seeing during my exam. Yes, my appointment did take a bit longer than other exams I've had in the past but it was well worth it. I would rather have someone take the time to discuss my concerns and explain their testing procedures to me. My eyes are worth my time and clearly worth Barry's time as well. When it came time to make a choice for frames, I found Sue to be extremely helpful. Based on the shape of my face and the color of my skin tones she was able to assist me in choosing frames that I love! She was patient and allowed me to take my time trying on as many frames as I wanted. Rather than to just ask me did I want different things added to my lenses she explained each add on. Delivery of my frames was a very quick turnaround much faster than I anticipated. I can't say enough about this practice. I have been faced with the possibility of losing my eyesight so again I will say. "MY EYES ARE WORTH MY TIME AND I AM LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE FOUND A PRACTICE THAT FEELS MY EYES ARE ALSO WORTH THEIR TIME." Karen Sanborn-Walton
