Slow to complete tasks , more expensive than other TPAs, failed to complete the5500 last year, unresponsive to emails about billing. Caution Is advised before hiring this consulting group.

I’ve been waiting for a response from this company for over a month. The customer service is horrible no one answers the phone you just go to voicemail no matter how many times you call. If you are looking for exceptional customer service this is not the company you want to go with.
