Rob put a new tankless in my house in October to replace a failing, discontinued model. He was punctual, quick working and courteous. The new combi kept us warm all winter and he helped us save a good bit as well. Thanks Rob!
Outstanding service, Rob came out on a Saturday morning to replace my water heater. Very reasonable cost and an extremely professional interaction. I’ll definitely go back to Dutcher Mechanical for all my plumbing needs.
Rob was amazing! I called him in a panic because my water heater had exploded and was spewing water all over my basement. He was at my house in less than an hour, he was funny, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He gave me a ton of information about the different choices I had, and patiently waited while I made my decision. He then went and got a new water heater and installed it. He cleaned up his mess before he left his prices were more than fair, I cannot recommend him highly enough he was wonderful. If you're looking for someone to do plumbing and or heating, Rob is your guy.
