I have an airbnb in Orange, MA. I hired Lara Cleaning to clean and had a photoshoot scheduled that day. Lara texted me via WhatsApp that she would no longer be able to clean because the location was too far. It's very important that cleaners are reliable with Airbnbs. I would expect a professional to check the location before agreeing to the job. Also, especially since she only gave me 1 day notice prior to canceling it would be courteous to call (at least text me directly). I didn't even see her WhatsApp text until she was supposed to already be at the house. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
