My appointment was scheduled for 10:40AM and I wasn't called until 11:10AM. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment.Other than that the personnel treated me well and were professional.
Dr Beck and the tech staff were all wonderfully professional and fit me in in spite of the fact that somehow my appointment had been canceled by someone in the office. I have no idea how this happened because I had talked with several people who had tried to cancel one of my appointments and I kept explaining to them that I needed both of them. Dr Beck and the staff managed to fit me in for which I was very grateful as I travel some distance to get to Somersworth. I am giving doctor Beck and all of the staff a five but I am very disappointed in the appointment having been canceled somehow
They were running about 30 minutes late on appointments this day, In the past very little wait time. Once I was in the folks who care for you are outstanding. Four stars for the wait time.
