So glad to find this garage. My experience at Tesla service center in Peabody has been miserable and as a result I tend to not keep up with routine maintenance. EG did encourage me to have my trunk fixed at service center because issue was covered by recall. I appreciate this honest approach. EG did the rest of the work after walking me through the issues that needed attention. Customer service is good with Sara as contact person. I will definitely return to them for my future needs.
They've always done a great job keeping my 11 year old P85D in fine shape, repairing the worn suspension, fixing broken door handles, and mounting new snow tires. Highly recommended.
The Electrified Garage was excellent from start to finish. I contacted them about installing an N2itive alignment kit on my 2022 Tesla Model S Plaid, and they were incredibly responsive, provided an estimate quickly, and got me scheduled almost immediately. Everyone was kind, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the process.
The technicians kept me updated, explained everything well, and were very honest about what they found. They made me aware of worn control arm bushings that will need replacement soon, and they also advised me to keep an eye on my tires since they are wearing and will likely need replacement in the near future.
