I got a sense of compassion and drive for what they do. The location is great and easy to find with ample amount of parking and ease in finding their office. Their office is also beautiful and clean! In the past year I started to have hairline cracks in crowns I’ve had for my 4 front teeth for the past 25 years, and Dr Hoertz recommended that we replace them. She outlined the complete procedure and provided costs up front. We then took the multiple steps toward replacement. The final product is far superior to my previous crowns! They match my permanent teeth perfectly, and they are straighter and much more attractive.Dr. Hoertz and her staff provided excellent service and ‘bedside manner’. She is extremely communicative and cares deeply about doing a good job. (She’s also a lot of fun!).
