Very good experience. They have someone with you at first then it's remote with another doctor. Friendly staff. Exam takes just under an hour. No insurance taken. But it's about $75 for the exam. Not bad.
Jenna was knowledgeable, professional, and very patient with me. She allowed me to pick out frames, and didn't hover around me while I did. She assisted me by getting the best price, and saved me money. BJ's Optical is very fortunate to have Jenna as an associate!
Great experience. Virtual exam, state of the art tech and equipment. Lost my glasses so needed quick appointment, had one same day and glasses in less than a week. Would def recommend.
