I had a problem with my mini-split, and Steve talked me through a quick and easy solution on the phone!!! Here I was panicked, and he calmly helped me without having to wait on a service call or anything. Does this man know his mini-splits and the idiots that own them or WHAT!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!
I called Steve when our mini split that he did not install was not working. I told him I had a time constraint. He came right out first thing the next morning. He was polite, professional and fixed the problem after doing some trouble shooting. He was extremely helpful and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Steve for any job!
Steve installed two separate units in my house. 6 months after one of the installs,it failed due to a factory defect. Steve came out and immediately put in a brand new outdoor unit. Couldn't be happier!
