I brought Lucy to Sagamore Animal Hospital knowing she was on borrowed time. I was so sad for her and me. If it had not been for the staff's kindness, understanding and support, especially Heather, I'm not sure I would've made the right decision. They were so gentle and honest. While my heart hurts and I miss my friend terribly, I know she is not in pain and wagging that beautiful tail in doggy heaven. Thank you all! You are the very best and I will always highly recommend you to anyone who loves their pet.
Another shout out to Sagamore Animal Hospital! Not only for the wonderful care of our pups, but for the excellent Customer Service from the Front Office and the Docs. This past week we needed health reports for boarding our dogs out of state. The boarding facility kept asking for records in different formats, updated in a certain fashion, etc. I felt badly asking Sagamore multiple times in multiple emails but they responded immediately and professionally with all our requests. Great animal care and Great customer service - can’t beat it, and Thank You Sagamore Team.
