Heidi Botnick O'Hare, owner and acupuncturist at Granite State Acupuncture has been in practice for over 11 years. She is highly trained in trigger point release therapy and has helped numerous people over the years with chronic pain syndromes. Her practice also focuses on stress reduction and releasing stuck holding patterns in the bodymind.
