If I could give these folks 10 stars I would. Everything was handled so considerately and professionally from the initial assessment to the weatherization. The crew was fantastic- meticulous, thoughtful about what would work best for me, attentive to every detail, and clearly so proud of their work. These folks are fantastic! Ted Stiles came over to do an audit, and the imaging devices he uses are very cool and up-to-date. We were having problems with water pipes freezing up during very cold weather last winter, and he came over, looked around in the attic, and found the problem right away. He installed some insulation in the eave and in the attic around the pipe, and voila! No more frozen pipes. He also encouraged us to apply for the New Hampshire Saves program once it re-opened. We were unaware of the program, and it was hugely helpful in enabling us to have our attic and basement insulated for a minimal cost. Yankee Thermal was great to work with. Ted Stiles did imaging and was a great source of information. The follow-up installation which was done in February was meticulous and clean and the results have been amazing! We are saving on electricity use and notice that our home stayed cooler this summer and is cozier now with the transition to winter. The Yankee Thermal Team were professional and skilled and we couldn't be more than pleased with the results!
