Waited over a half and hour for my apt when I had a scheduled time to be seen. Was charged 93 dollars for a gel pedi and removal of dip polish and gave my tech 100 and she only gave me 2 dollars back in change. Average experience and the tech seemed annoyed and unpleasant the entire service. Won’t be coming back.

Although there were alot of repeat customer's in the salon, I will not be going back. The nails were sloppy. I ended up having to cut and refile the nails because they were going in different directions. And the fill was terrible.

Pedi done by Kathy. She good at what she does. I'll be a repeat customer.

Today I went to this salon and left crying, If I had the option of 0 stars it would be great, starting that it was 40 dollars more than the current value for an Arcylic full set, I paid 85 dollars hahaha yes 85 in a French nail with 3 flowers that I asked him to do and it was the ugliest flowers and worse is my gel I get full of bubbles, I thought it was absurd someone can charge for such a bad job, I hate to say, that next time I will have to drive to Dover NH to, maybe a better job

I’ve been going here since November, haven’t left disappointed at all. Mia (spelling?) always executes exactly what I ask of her! Also not rough at all, does not try to upsell, and the prices are incredibly fair for the time and effort put into the designs and shapes. This is the place to go if you’re looking for a place that will be able to do the cute nails you find on Pinterest for you (:

I've been getting my nails done for many many years, started coming here about 4ish years ago. Now I'm a lifer. They are all so friendly and absolutely amazing at what they do!! I never leave unhappy

Julia was wonderful. My nails look great.
UPDATE: The second time I went, the young male ignored what I wanted and tried to give me gel instead of dip and then seemed frustrated when I told him. This is an awkward experience.

I used to come here a lot (2019-2022) and the quality was always great. I stopped getting my nails done and so I hadn’t been back in some time. I work a lot and work in healthcare and decided to treat myself to a mani & pedi.
The pedicure was fine. A lady next to me was also getting a pedicure and asked her tech if he was going to do her cuticles. He mumbled something to the tech beside him, never answering the lady. So she asked again, still very nicely, and he snapped at her going “Yeah yeah of course I am jeeze!” — there’s no reason to be so rude to people!
I was told the color I picked was out, but I have a feeling it’s because it would take multiple coats to make it not translucent. It was a very soft light color very similar to bubble bunny. The tech instead offered me a neon pink color instead, and seemed annoyed when I declined and picked another soft color.
Then comes time for the manicure portion. I asked for a full manicure with gel polish and on my real nails, because again, I work in healthcare and I cannot have long false nails. The tech was annoyed I was having it done on my real, short nails. Cleaned up my cuticles. Did the gel polish, left polish all around the edges on my skin and had me pull my hands out from the light before the light turned off so he could do another coat. He also was very annoyed when he asked if I wanted lotion and I said yes. He just slapped on a glob on my hand and did a half-done job of working the lotion in.
$120 later after leaving a tip still (which honestly I shouldn’t have) I left with nails that multiple people told me look like they were done by a child.
After seeing how rude the pedicure tech was, I did not feel comfortable saying anything to the manicure tech about how messy and rushed my nails looked.
It hasn’t even been a week and one nail has now chipped already.
I will not be back, nor will I recommend this salon anymore to people. For the quality and experience I’ll just save myself $120 and buy a nail gel kit on Amazon for $40.

I showed the technician what I wanted done and she seemed confident however the results weren't good
