I had such a great experience at this salon! The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxing, and my stylist really took the time to understand what I wanted. My haircut turned out even better than I expected—clean, stylish, and easy to manage. I’ll definitely be coming back, bringing my daughter and mom with me and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality cut!
Courtney is truly exceptional. I’ve seen her a couple of times now, and both massages were incredible. She’s attentive, knowledgeable, and makes you feel completely comfortable. I’ve tried the Swedish with back exfoliation and deep tissue, and I left feeling so much better each time. My only regret is not booking a longer massage! I’m so glad I found her and plan to return every couple of months.
I can’t speak to the other services offered, but the salon itself is clean, cute, and beautifully decorated — such a welcoming space.
I have had the pleasure of going to Body Mind Spirit since moving to the area a year ago and am so lucky to have found it! The salon is so easy to get to right off 202, absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious and Kerri truly is a master of her craft. I always walk out of this salon with a perfect cut and color and the prices are beyond reasonable. You would pay double for this level of service in the city. Do not hesitate to come to this salon; you will not regret it!Services: Haircut
