In November 2020, we hired ATA Construction to build the modern farmhouse of our dreams. ATA, along with all the contractors involved, were highly meticulous and produced work of the highest caliber. The craftsmanship was amazing and high-quality products and materials were used throughout. They effortlessly coordinated all the builders and subcontractors, minimizing any downtime and completing the project within the tight deadline set. We also valued the fact that Andre, along with the project manager and site manager, always included us in the decision-making process and offered suggestions and invaluable insights at pivotal points in the process. ATA Construction is a fantastic company, from top to bottom; office, project management, field staff including their in-house trades and ALL the vendors. We own and operate one of the largest commercial construction companies in Central Mass and although, we previously built our last three homes with our own resources, we were excited to turn this job over to a professional home builder. While we provided the plans, the management helped sift through various details to both improve the plans, and add cost effectiveness for the budget. What was impressive...Everything! The team was totally customer centric, the field staff of their in-house and sourced vendors were not only courteous but suggestive of improvements as we went forward. They did NOT engender the job site with radios, noise, curse words and the like. The job site was clean, orderly, and safe. We especially liked the in-house ability to perform much of the work, and ATA Construction worked with a host of vendors that had prior experience and therefore knew what was expected. Like our own projects there were changes. Both Andre and his team were fair and transparent with cost changes. We spent a considerable amount of time deciding to use a builder for something we could have overseen ourselves, however the decision to use ATA Construction was the right one...hands down.
