I scheduled this company 4 weeks ago and told them that I would be going on vacation the week of his sanding. I didn't hear from the sander so I tried calling. I got an email late the day before we went on vacation. So the short of it, I didn't get my floor sanded because of miscommunication. I wasn't going to move furniture and then have a no-show. BVM needs to contact people to update and confirm their schedule a week before the actual date.
